Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full payment is collected at booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Specialty trips are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Weather Cancellations

​

Weather cancellations are made solely at the captain's discretion. If we cancel your charter due to weather or mechanical issues, you'll receive a full refund or we'll do our best to find you another time, subject to availability. Penobscot Bay is beautiful in all kinds of weather — overcast skies and light rain often make for some of the most memorable sails!

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time — Camden is busy in summer, so give yourself a little extra time for parking and finding the dock, which we share with several other vessels. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.

 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and prompt departure from the dock.

 

We are located at the Camden Public Landing. You can find our booth next to the Camden Harbor Master's office. We have a teal umbrella and a nautical chart table.

Guest Count & Pricing

Our charters are priced by guest count. Bookings that do not reflect the actual number or guests will be adjusted and charged accordingly prior to departure. Please note that we are legally limited to six guests per charter and cannot make exceptions.
