Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We have recently updated our cancellation policy so please read carefully.

We enjoying sailing and we want you to enjoy your sailing experience with us. In order to continue operating our small business in such a short season we have had to adjust our cancellation policies.

The full charter price is charged at the time of booking to reserve your sail. Any cancellations made by you must be made with one week notice in which case we are happy to offer you a full refund. Any reservations canceled within seven days of the charter will not be refunded. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time listed. If you are late for your charter you will be considered a no-show.
If your charter is canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions we are happy to try rescheduling you for another time. This is always subject to availability but we do our best!

Other Considerations:
Our business operates at the height of tourist season in Camden. Please keep this in mind when allotting time to find parking and for making your way to check-in on the dock. The dock we use for pick-up and drop off is shared with six other vessels all with busy schedules.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and prompt departure from the dock.
We are located at the Camden Public Landing. You can find our booth next to the Camden Harbor Master's office. We have a teal umbrella and a nautical chart table.
